Meritide On Demand has 3 offerings that all are designed to reduce costs, reduce risk, allow for outsourcing of specialized capabilities to allow you to run your business more effectively.
Software as a Service
Software as a Service (SaaS) offers an attractive option to customers who want the capabilities of enterprise software without the capital investment. Meritide delivers the full functionality of industry leading software. Meritide handles all system administration, eliminating the need for the customer to provide staff to administer and support the application. Support comes directly from Meritide – people that know your business, your application and your needs. We are also available to assist you in getting the most from the service by recommending best practices and sharing knowledge gained from our field experience. We provide a full solution to meet your needs – not just components of it.
Managed Services
Managed Services provide an option for customers who may already own or want to purchase an application to reside on their own infrastructure but find that the administration is too costly or time consuming. Meritide uses the same best practices to manage your applications that are used in our SaaS offerings and reduces the total cost to the customer by leveraging economies of scale. We invest in training and development of the consultants that manage these systems and can use their skills across multiple installments. Meritide works with the customer to layout a flexible Annual Administration Plan to meet support, administration and customization needs.
On Demand Packages
On Demand Packages provide a means for the customer to leverage Meritide’s capabilities on an as-needed basis. These offerings are packaged service engagements for defined activities. The offerings are tightly scoped with clear activities and deliverables provided at a fixed price.
These offerings include:
