Why Supply Chain?
Every large enterprise today has an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as part of its core infrastructure. A characteristic of ERP systems is that they manage lots of details that, once recorded, do not change. When supply chain operations fall under the ERP umbrella, the ERP systems can come up short. ERP systems can only help companies that have the right products at the right locations at the right time if supply and demand conditions cooperate by not changing.


The Supply Chain Blueprint

We help our clients decrease costs and increase profits by improving the supply chain strategy, business process and technology strategy often by reengineering processes that are underperforming or that need a new vision. Some of our clients want to start with an overall assessment of their supply chain capabilities.

A Supply Chain Blueprint will examine all of your supply chain functions (overall strategy and vendor relationships, inventory control, distribution, purchasing, etc) to identify the capabilities that most need improvement and to create a plan for achieving improvement.

Other clients have identified a specific capability that needs immediate improvement.
